SITE AGENT (1)

L4 (Point 9 - 14) = £28,153 - £30,515 per annum

Full Time - 37 Hours Per Week

Governors wish to appoint a dedicated and professional Site Agent who will share their commitment of maintaining and developing an outstanding learning environment, for the pupils and staff.

Principal duties and responsibilities include:

• Security and safety of premises, including opening and closing
• Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness
• Maintaining the premises in an excellent state of repair
• Grounds maintenance, including weeding and gardening
• Heating and lighting

The successful candidate(s) will:-

• Have the ability to work in a flexible manner with a ‘can do' approach.
• Be energetic, enthusiastic and take extreme pride in how our school looks and functions.
• Possess a good range of skills and experience in carrying out handyman tasks and general maintenance.
• Be aware of Health & Safety Regulations, including COSHH and risk assessment, and understand how they apply in a school environment.
• Be able to communicate effectively with a range of people including children, staff, parents, visitors and contractors.
• Be approachable, well motivated and able to work on own initiative.

• Be able to use a computer to log health and safety data, complete online training and access the school's internal management information systems.

The position is 37 hours per week worked on a split shift.
