*This is a permanent, part-time role (2.5 days per week) with flexibility around days and hours. We are seeking someone to start January 2027.

Not yet qualified We will fully support you in gaining the National SENCO Award.

About the Role

As our SENDCo, you will lead and manage SEND provision across the school, ensuring every child receives a high-quality education and thrives both socially and academically. You will:

• Work closely with staff, parents and external professionals
• Support and develop colleagues who are eager to learn and committed to inclusive practice
• Play a key role in the Wider Leadership Team, shaping the strategic direction of the school
• Collaborate with our experienced SLT and our dedicated Inclusion Team, including our Family Support Worker, ELSA and Nurture leads.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about giving SEND children the best life chances
• Holds the National SENCO Award or is willing to undertake it with our support
