We are looking for three new LSAs to join our team and support children with SEND in our Reception classes and our enhanced provision.

Are you enthusiastic, fun and energetic Do you have lots of compassion and patience Do you love to interact with children, supporting their learning and play

Are you flexible and able to work on your own initiative as well as work well in a team and get stuck in

Ideally, you will have a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have:

• Good GCSEs
• Good communication skills, both written and oral
• A ‘can do' attitude
• A belief that behaviour is communication
• A genuine desire to make a difference to children's lives
• A commitment to inclusion and celebrating diversity
• Good organisational skills
• Good rapport with children
