About you:

• We are looking for someone who holds multiple relevant NGB's (Paddle UK Paddlesport Leader +, RCI, ML, British Cycling MTB Leader etc). Teaching/youth work qualifications would be desirable and experience working with students of this nature.
• Teaching/youth work qualifications and experience working with students of this nature would be desirable.
• A highly motivated and flexible individual who can form positive relationships with students with a wide range of special needs in order to make a positive difference.
• Someone with a particular interest in teaching students with special educational needs, including those with behavioural, emotional and social issues.
