The Ruth Gorse Academy are seeking to recruit an inspirational colleague for the role of Cover Supervisor. This role is of great importance to our work as an Academy - the successful applicant will be expected to support teaching staff across the academy by providing classroom cover for short term absences.

The ideal applicant will have:

• GCSE Grade C/4 and above (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
• Experience of working with young people.
• Ability to adapt to different abilities, key stages, subjects and situations.
