Core hours from 8.00am – 4.30 pm (30 Minutes Lunch) with one early finish of 3.30 p.m. each week.
In partnership with the Archdiocese of Birmingham, the School Standards Committee of St Thomas Aquinas Catholic School are seeking to appoint a school administrator.
We are looking for a professional and skilled individual who has the passion and energy to work in our busy school support team. You will need to be able to work under pressure, multi-task and use your initiative.
You will need to have excellent communication, organisational and customer service skills and be fully proficient in the use of a variety of IT systems including MS Office, Excel, Mail Merge – shortlisted candidates will, as part of the interview process, have to undertake various tasks.
You will have ideally had experience of working in a team. We are a forward-thinking team and require a school administrator who can support a busy school and office environment, who can adapt and has the ability to take on ad hoc school projects and be flexible in supporting large school events e.g. Rewards Evening and Education Evening.
You will need to be able to form positive relationships with our children, staff, parents, governors, and visitors. You will need to be flexible, with a willingness to respond to priorities and problem solving as required.
