Job Title: Lunchtime Supervisor
Directorate/School: Crowle CE FirstSchool

Reporting To: Headteacher

Weseek to appoint an inspiring lunchtime supervisor at Crowle CE First School,which is part of the Diocese of Worcester Multi Academy Trust (DOWMAT). This is an exciting opportunity to join our wonderful, friendly and welcomingschool.
Main Purposes ofRole:
To ensure,individually and as part of a team, the welfare and safety of all childrenduring lunch times.
KeyAccountabilities:
To supervisechildren on school premises and grounds
To supervisechildren who use catering facilities at the school.
To use initiativein monitoring events occurring on the school premises and grounds.
To report anyrelevant matters or dangers to the Headteacher.
To ensure a safeenvironment.
To report anyminor injuries to children to the designated person (i.e. cuts, bruises).
To help children partakeof food when necessary.
To undertakeancillary duties as necessary (i.e. setting up and clearing away tables,cleaning tables and dining area).
To maintain personal and professional developmentto meet the changing demands of the job, participate in appropriate trainingactivities and encourage and support staff in their development and training.
General Duties:
To undertake such other duties, training and/orhours of work as may be reasonably required and which are consistent with thegeneral level of responsibility of this job.
To undertake health and safety duties commensuratewith the post and/or as detailed in the Directorate's Health and Safety Policy.
Contacts:
In all contacts the postholder will be required topresent a good image of Crowle First School, as well as maintainingconstructive relationships.

External: Parents
