With a new ambitious knowledge rich curriculum underpinning all we do, you'll be joining at a pivotal moment and co-leading a team who take great responsibility in ensuring 100% of our students gain access to the powerful knowledge needed to succeed.

The Person:

So, who are you Given that you'll be leading on our knowledge rich curriculum, you'll need to expertly impart your knowledge, skills and understanding, to all of our young people, whilst engaging them in their learning with consistent routines. You'll also need to inspire and motivate Team English on our journey to great success.

It's often said that we should strive to be better today than we were yesterday and this underpins our ethos as Team English. You'll need to embody our values, leading by example and having the drive and motivation to continually improve, reflecting on your current practice, whilst actively engaging in our departmental and whole school CPD offering. Most of all, you'll be 100% committed to enhancing the life choices of the students we are privileged to serve.
