The role is to support a student who has a complex set of needs due to an Acquired Brain Injury and a Hearing Impairment. This will include direct liaison with the teaching staff, the family and a wide external team of professionals including advisors, therapists, psychological specialists and the Local Authority Teacher of the Deaf, to address the cognitive, social, emotional and communication needs of needs of the young person in order to facilitate active participation and contribute to him reaching his potential.
